People always ask me how is it possible to relax at #trapyoga and my response is always this: “we breathe”
Too many times in my life I’ve been the victim of reacting instead of responding. Through impatience, anger, jealousy, and frustration, I allowed my lower self to get the best of me – all I because I avoided being accountable for myself and couldn’t take a step out of my ego and into me.
Not breathing caused tragedy. Deep breathing cultivated calm.
From this day forward give yourself permission to breath. There’s no rush. Life is a marathon, not a sprint…and once we can all accept that, our world can be better.
